Time for bed.
Last year, I wrote 2319 words from midnight to bedtime.This year, 2306. First chapter (well, the prologue really) done.
And it's a sequel to last year's "Bred in the Bone", in case you were wondering.

Greybishop! You must have plunged headfirst into a pool of excellent ideas, as we have not heard from you for awhile.
I used to remember, and be inspired by, the nike's slogan whenever I was under a tight deadline: "Just Do It!"
When you don't hear from a writer, it usually means he's courting either the muse or the booze. My money's on the former. I hope this means it's going well.
... and some of us just jump right into "Worried Mom" mode ......
